With over twenty years’ experience in hotels and restaurants alike across Australia and abroad, Executive Chef Praveen Dutt is renowned for creating flavoursome dishes.
Beginning his culinary career at the 5-star Edge Restaurant in Nadi, Fiji, Chef Praveen has perfected his craft over time. Praveen has since worked in many fine dining restaurants across Fiji before moving to Australia. Spending much of his career working side-by-side with accomplished Asian chefs, Praveen’s trade is to create flavours depicting his love and passion for Asian culture.
Joining Mantra Legends Hotel in 2006 and moving to Nosh Pan Asian at Mantra on View Hotel in 2015, Praveen has maintained his love for culinary creativity. Given plenty of room to experiment across an all-day dining menu, he enjoys the art of combining flavours and textures backed by years of honing his passion and talent.
